TOP 6 VEGETABLES

Vegetables are low in calories and loaded with fiber and micronutrients—vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals— so eat them in unlimited quantities (exceptions: starches such as potatoes, yams, and corn -- shoot, I LOVE corn).

1. DARK LEAFY GREENS
2. BOK CHOY
3. BRUSSELS SPROUTS
4. RADISHES
5. BEAN SPROUTS
6. RED BELL PEPPERS

Read about the benefits of each vegetables and recipes for them at the delicious living web site.

  1. Jeanee I just discovered your blog and I am really into Zumba and I can't find a decent class anywhere in Kansas. Zumba has really changed my life because I never thought I could have so much fun while working out. It's nice to come to a site like this and see that people are as passionate about fitness through Zumba as I am. I just wish I could find a great class here in Lawrence.
