Why I want Cedric to stay!
This video is Cedric dancing for his life last Thursday (June 14th) on "So You Think You Can Dance." If he's in the bottom 3 tonight he'll probably dance for the last time because the judges will send him home.

week 2: loosing weight in a sensible way
STEP TWO: PROMOTE SOCIAL CHANGE
Food is a BIG part of our lives – happy our, girls’ night out, office goodies. To stay on track prep your peeps for the switches you’re about to make.
* HAVE A SERIOUS HEART-TO-HEART with friends and family before you start your diet change, and be specific about what you need. For example, at work, ask colleagues to designate an out-of-the-way place for candy, cookies and other tempting treats, rather than putting them in areas you can’t avoid. Ask your friends not to give you chocolate as gifts.
* MIX UP THE WAY YOU HAVE FUN.
Instead of Friday-night happy hour take a salsa lesson with your pals.
* BE SMARTER ABOUT EATING OUT.
You can have dinner at your favorite restaurant. Choose your food carefully. Split your entrée or order an appetizer and a salad as your meal.

Come on Cedric!
Bye-bye Faina. Come on Cedric!
This is the 2nd week of "So You Think You Can Dance" and one more guy and one more girl went home tonight. (see comentary at the bottom of the blog)
Cedric's "dance for your life" dance was remarkable once again. I've never seen anything like it! If he's in the bottom 3 for the third time next week the judges will send him home. I hope he can pull it off next week!

Ditching a lot of pounds is as much as an emotional process as a physical one. You'll need to lay a psychological foundation for success BEFORE you attempt to change your behavior, experts say.
* FIND A NEW BFF:
For many of us, food is a friend—it’s what we turn to when we’re lonely, upset or just plain bored. Find a replacement that keeps your hands busy, such as knitting. Your activity should be something that makes you feel good!
* CUT YOURSELF SOME SLACK:
Think 80 percent NOT 100 percent. Accept the fact you DON’T have to be perfect. Changing your patterns 80 percent of the time is much better than giving 100 percent only occasionally.

This vegetarian pizza was made with Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Chik'n Strips, Boboli thin pizza crust and P.B. Loco's Peanut Butter with Asian Curry Spice.
RECIPE
* Boboli thin pizza crust
* P.B. Loco's Peanut Butter with Asian Curry Spice
* Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Chik'n Strips
* shredded carrotts
* 1 red bell pepper
* 4 scallions thinly sliced
* 2/3 cup shreaded mozzarella cheese
Bake until cheese has melted.
