Now that we've turned out clocks back it's darker outside. Time for lazy, cold and dark evenings. At 5p it's going to be dark outside and you're going to ask yourself, "should I go to Zumba today?"

THINK ABOUT the LONGER TERM
Think about the warmer months to come: the bikinis, the pool parties, etc. Maintaining your weight during the winter will help you not to panic when summer sneaks back up on us.

Yes, this is an excuse to go shopping! Looking good while you're working out is a great motivation booster.
