Homemade Lemonade

Lemons are great tools for helping our bodies. They are chock full of Vitamin C and include Vitamin A, niacin, thiamin and bioflavonoids such as Vitamin P which is good for circulation. Lemons contain more potassium than apples or grapes, which is beneficial to the heart. They also aid in digestion.

Adding mint to your lemonade gives it a boost of freshness. The scent soothes and the plant itself acts as an expectorant. It too aids in digestion and keeps your breath minty fresh!
