Out of the five new routinees I learned in Saturday's Zumba Jamsession I'm adding in three. I jsut added the Broadway a couple of weeks ago, so I don't want to overwhelm you (too much). But these new routinees are FUN!
There is a reggaeton and a salsa In the mix. Also, "Hello" by Martien Solveig & Dragonette. Here is the official video here:

Now that we've turned out clocks back it's darker outside. Time for lazy, cold and dark evenings. At 5p it's going to be dark outside and you're going to ask yourself, "should I go to Zumba today?"
The answer is YES!
PREVENTION FROM GETTING SICK
Having a regular workout routine will keep you healthy and an important prevention tactic when it comes to warding off the sniffles, colds and flu.
HOLIDAY PARTIES and VACATIONS
During the holiday season, there is a good chance you will be running into old relatives, old flames and other individuals for whom you may want to look your best. Staying fit through the winter will keep you looking good and feeling good about yourself.
THINK ABOUT the LONGER TERM
Think about the warmer months to come: the bikinis, the pool parties, etc. Maintaining your weight during the winter will help you not to panic when summer sneaks back up on us.
Yes, this is an excuse to go shopping! Looking good while you're working out is a great motivation booster.
